The epitome of our house style, this Single Malt is finished in different styles of aged Sherry casks including Apostoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem Oloroso.
Each hand-selected sherry cask gifts the Dalmore 15 with its own individual characteristics and flavors, to compliment the base notes of soft vanilla and honey from the American white oak ex-bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Orange marmalade, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Palate: Mandarin, vanilla, ginger, and crushed apples.
Finish: Caramelised orange and rich dark chocolate.
