Only unused or unopened products with manufacturer damage are valid for returns. Wear and tear on packaging such as boxes, seals, canisters and the like are not accepted.
Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as the items may have already been exposed to environmental factors out of our control that may have contributed to the damage or defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items and promo items are non-returnable. Defective or damaged items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with photos of the damage or defect, and a short description of the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For all cash payments, we do not do refunds. You will receive store credit in the amount of the payment which you can use on the website for any future purchase.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
