Palate: Succulent flavors of mandarin syrup, ripe poached pears, and chocolate-dipped raisins
Finish: Long, smooth, and gently sweet
Serving Recommendations: Enjoy neat or in classic cocktails such as The Side Kick: shake 50ml Glenlivet Captain’s Reserve, 10ml Palo Cortado sherry, 20ml lemon juice, 25ml almond orgeat, and 2 dashes barrel-aged bitters with ice; strain into a coupette and finish with freshly grated nutmeg.
