SCHWEPPES TONIC WATER began in 1783 as the world's original soft drink. Its founder, Jacob Schweppe, was drawn to the new art of carbonating beverages, so he refined and patented his own process of creating mineral water.

BRAND TRIVIA : Schweppes story began over 235 years ago when Jacob Schweppe brought ‘Schweppervescence’ to life. He was the first in the world to perfect the art of capturing and bottling bubbles (the process of carbonation) and founded Schweppes in Geneva, Switzerland.
