This is Hokkaido craft gin born from the shiso shochu brand "Tan Taka Tan" that has been popular in Japan for many years.
It uses red shiso from Hokkaido and five types of botanicals (licorice root, angelica root, juniper berry, coriander seeds, and orange peel), and the ingredients are soaked, distilled, blended, and bottled in a uniform production process.
Its forte is in its delicate flavor from the refreshing taste of the red shiso interwoven with the botanicals, making it pair well with Japanese cuisine.
