Schofferhofer Weizen are classic, top-fermented wheat beers that are brewed from a blend of finest wheat and barley malt. They are less sweet and satiable than other German wheat beers and their sophisticated, yet light and refreshing taste is topped-off with a touch of citrus and clove.
