Soft, sparkling and medium-bodied like a classic wheat beer. Fruity banana notes and hints of biscuit. Fine yeast aroma, slight sweetness and balanced acidity in the aftertaste.
The beer goes perfect with silky, buttery sauces like Hollandaise, steamed fish, veggies or poultry. Try it as well with cold soups and summerly dishes as salads and fruity snacks.
