Mellow and Cool

I was skeptical at first when I saw this because I never even heard that Kavalan got into gin. But considering their reputation and interested by the "first Taiwan-inspired craft gin", I decided to give it a shot. At first sip, you'll notice that it's notably sweet. It's still quite floral, but the sweetness is what you'll take note of. I daresay it's even quite cool to your body. It's not AS smooth as other gin, but it's not crass and raw either - just in between. For its price, it's pretty good. It's worth giving a shot, I quite open to ordering it again.
