Crémant is a category of French sparkling wines crafted using the same traditional method as Champagne, but produced in regions outside Champagne—often using different grape varieties. Crémant d’Alsace Brut Cattin Rosé is made exclusively from Pinot Noir, offering refined red-fruit character, elegance, and delicacy. A vibrant sparkling wine perfect for celebrations and aperitifs.

Viticulture:
Limited yields with Double Guyot pruning, averaging 5,000 vines per hectare. Sustainable farming practices preserve terroir richness and ensure optimal grape quality.

Winemaking:
Grapes undergo gentle pressing. First fermentation takes place at 18–22°C. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, followed by 15 months of aging on the lees before disgorgement.
