One one out of every 100 barrels are kept to mature in the highest reaches of Jack Daniel's barrel houses. The color and taste are fully deepened by temperate changes. Thereafter, each barrel is hand-selected for its amazing flavor and robust taste with hints of vanilla, caramel and oak barrel.
