Cacao was introduced by the Spanish during their colonization of the Philippines in the 1800s and popularized a hot chocolate drink made from pure fermented cacao bears roasted, finely ground and mixed with sugar and pressed into table moulds we call "Tablea Tsokolate" or chocolate tablet.

Chocolate for Adults

A great addition to your liquor bar. Used it for a chocolate flavored cocktail that included Baileys, Kahlua, a splash of fresh milk and of course Intramuros. You could also add a little Bourbon too. Our version of a Choco-Loco ;)

Smooth and thick like Spanish chocolate—only better! Chilled, straight or on the rocks, for a chocolate lover like me, Intramuros Liqueur de Cacao is tops!

It also works well for spicing up an ordinary chocolate drink...or mixed with Cointreau for an orange-chocolate taste.
