The main character of this wine comes from its very atypical blending, probably unique in the world, it is in fact the result of different assembly of Tempranillo

Variety clones existing in the Spanish geography and adapted to the climate of Encomienda de Cervera state. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. 

ABV: 14.5%

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: A very intense and deep red color, almost  opaque.

Bouquet: Strong on the nose, with a blend of ripe red berry scent, a hint of caramel and the roast coming from the excellent quality of the oakwood. Its complexity and excellence is the result of its different grape clones.

Taste: Strong and tasty on the mouth, full and bulky body. It adds a special and delicate feeling.

Everything is blended in perfect balance, blasting feelings and flavors.

FOOD PAIRING

This wine goes perfectly with traditional cuisine, fancy dishes, vegetables, cheese and meat.
