Don Papa Rare Cask is a limited edition small batch super premium rum distilled from the island of Negros, Philippines. This has been aged in specifically over toasted American Oak barrels enriching the rich fruity flavours with notes of cacao, oak, and hints of wild mint. To enhance its distinctive taste, the cellar master decided to keep the rum unfiltered and unblended, bottling at a high strength (50.5% ABV). There are only 12,000 bottles made for the region.
