The classic 12 year old blend from Dewars, this stuff is the successor to Dewar's "Double Aged" 12 Year Old - so named in reference to the additional 6 month marriage the whisky enjoys after the initial maturation and blending.
SERVE: The Dramble
Light, fruity and refreshing, The Dramble is the perfect way to introduce the smooth notes of vanilla, citrus and juicy sultanas found in Dewar’s 12 & 15 year old in an easy drinking and accessible serve. Try this recipe out!
Ingredients:
50 ml Dewar’s 12 or 15 year old
25 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
12 ml Sugar Syrup (2:1 Ratio – Sugar:Water)
10 ml Crème de MûreBlackberry Garnish
Method:
Add all ingredients (minus crème de mure) to the glass
Fill with crushed ice and stir/swizzle
Top with more crushed ice and then drizzle crème de mure on top
Garnish with a fresh blackberry!

Masarap ang hagod sa lalamunan, may tamang init at suave ang pasok.

We cannot always afford the absolutely best whisky -- Dewar's 12 is not as good as Dewar's 15 or 18 etc,. and there are single malt Scotch whiskies from the islands that I prefer. But I cannot afford to drink them daily. Dewar's 12 is a wonderful tipple at the end of a normal day!!
