Mala Hierba' or 'Bad Weed' in Spanish is an IPA or India Pale Ale by Crows. We celebrate the HOP in this brew without having to overwhelm. The hop-fest of flavor and aroma tips the scale at 77 IBUs with 7% ABV. This is 'De Puta Madres' younger brother. This IPA is a play between bittering and aroma hop variants cascading through the brew like 'bad weed' that never dies ergo; MALA HIERBA, NUNCA MUERE!

Crows Mala hierba

The high IBU rating of this beer together with the 7% ABV made it quite difficult for me to enjoy- it's just too bitter for my taste. It made me think twice about Crows. Although, De Puta Madre is quite okay.
