30 ml (1 oz) Gin

30 ml (1 oz) The Bitter Truth – Elderflower Liqueur

15 ml (1/2 oz ) Fresh Lime Juice

10 ml (1/3 oz ) Sugar Syrup

20 ml (3/4 oz) Plain Soda Water

1 Mint Sprig

METHOD: Muddle mint with gin in a highball glass, add all other ingredients and ice and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
