Labeled as Recipe #0101, it serves as the distillery's signature blend, laying the foundation for all ensuing gin concoctions. Crafted to mirror the essence of traditional English gins, it intertwines classic botanicals like juniper berry, coriander, and angelica with distinctive Japanese flavors such as Hidaka kelp, dried daikon, and shiitake mushrooms.
