DESCRIPTION

Each variety harvested separately, destemmed, crushed, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation (22- 25oC) in stainless steel tanks, pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 6 months in French oak barrels. After bottling, the wine aged 3 months in the bottle.

ABV: 13.5%

Color: Intense Ruby

Bouquet: In the nose, we have an intense and fruity wine, with notes of ripe red fruit, raspberries, jam, and floral aromas.

Taste: In the mouth, it has presence and is round, which pleases the consumer.

Aftertaste: The tasting ends with a long and balanced finish.

Food Pairing: This wine goes well with meat (white or red), taking advantage of dishes that follow its structure.
