For customers in these cities, you may chat with our customer service for pick-up options.

For any order in these cities that was successfully placed, our customer service will contact you and offer the following options:

1. Scheduled pick-up in Makati, Quezon City, or Alabang (schedule is subject to availability and approval)
2. Change delivery address to a serviceable area (recipient must be available any time to receive and pay for the order)
3. Cancellation/Refund

All orders that are not fulfilled within 3 days will be canceled and refunded accordingly.

For refunds, the lead time will depend on your bank's policy. Credit card reversal is about 5 to 15 banking days while debit card reversal is about 5 to 45 banking days.
