APEROL SPRITZ the perfect summer tipple. Bright orange in colour and with a combination of sweet liqueur and Prosecco, it’s refreshing with a bitter-sweet after taste.

Ingredients

• 60 ml Aperol
• 60 ml Cinzano Prosecco
• Splash of soda
• Slices of orange

Instructions

1. Fill tall balloon or wine glasses generously with cubed ice.
2. Combine equal parts Prosecco and Aperol.
3. Add a splash of soda and garnish with a slice of orange.
