This is a delicate wine made from select Pinot Grigio grapes from the Venezia area. In Pre-Roman time this areas was inhabited by the Arusnati, the same People that inhabited the Valpolicella. Pinot Grigio is a pleasant, versatile wine that enjoys national and international approval.

As an aperitif, with fish-based first course dishes and soups, with grilled or boiled fish, or with white meats.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Crystalline transparency
Bouquet: Fruity, intense, and complex, with white fruit (pear and golden delicious apple) accents.
Palate: Nice body and good acidity. Round, with a lively savory finish with aromas that echo the nose.
