Royal Salute 21 Years Old is the anchor of the Royal Salute range, launched by Chivas Brothers in 1953. Blended from exceptional whiskies matured for a minimum of 21 years, it was created as a tribute to the coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and was both aged and named after the traditional 21 Gun Royal Salute - the ultimate mark of respect reserved for celebrating Royal occasions.

Classic Serve: The Kensington

A very approachable, rich & refreshing take on a Collins serve.

Ingredients:

• 50ml Royal Salute 21YO The Signature Blend
• 25ml Rose water infused honey syrup
• 15ml Fresh lemon juice
• 50ml Fresh soda water

How to Serve:

1. Combine all ingredients except the soda water.
2. Shake with ice and strain into a tumbler over one block of ice.
3. Top with fresh soda and stir gently.
