Artisan Mezcal 100% Wild Agave Made with agave Cenizo (Durangensis) with 10 years of maturation in the mountains of Nombre de Dios, Durango Cooked in a pre-Hispanic oven for 6 days, ground with a stone mallet, fermented in oak vats and distilled in copper and wood stills. Aroma: slightly smoky with notes of wet grass, earth, and citrus. Taste: Smooth, harmonious, complex with plenty of body.
