INGREDIENTS:

45ml Ketel One Vodka 20ml Cynar 2 dashes Dale de Groff Pimento bitters

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, stir for approx. 14 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with with the zest of an orange; discard orange after expressing.
