Mizunara oak crafted from trees indigenous to Japan is extremely rare and renowned for its distinctive porous nature, which requires expert maturation and blending capabilities. The difficulty is worth it, as it imparts the whisky with a very unique flavour. Classic Serve: Mizunara Chamomball
Ingredients:

• 50ml Chivas Mizunara
• 80ml sweetened chamomile tea
• 70ml soda water
• Lemon zest, to garnish

How to Serve:

1. Boil 200ml of water and brew 2g of loose-leaf chamomile tea for 5 minutes.
2. Add 25g of caster sugar, stir until dissolved, and let cool.
3. Combine Chivas Mizunara and chamomile tea in a highball glass.
4. Fill the glass to the top with ice.
5. Add soda water and gently stir to blend.
6. Add another ice cube if needed to keep the glass tightly packed.
7. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
8. Serve and enjoy.
