This Aultmore 12 years old is a special Speyside single malt. It's a rarity that Aultmore whisky's are releases as single malts. This 12 years old version is the first in a series of three called Foggie Moss. It has matured in refill hogshead casks and was bottled in 2014 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
Nose:fresh apple, pear and banana with notes of grain and heather
Palate:quite powerful fruit notes with brisk applesauce, vanilla, caramel and a touch of citrus
