Ingredients:
50ml Aberfeldy 12 Year Old
5ml Heather Honey Syrup*
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Orange zest garnish
Method:
Add heather honey syrup, bitters, and half the whisky to a glass.
Add cubed ice and stir.
Slowly add remaining whisky and more ice, continue stirring.
Twist an orange zest over the drink to express oils and garnish.
Heather Honey Syrup: Mix 50:50 heather honey and hot water, stir, chill, and bottle for use.
