Setouchi Amanatsu Japanese Craft Gin is "a fruity gin that condenses the deliciousness of Amanatsu." The key botanical we chose this time was Amanatsu from Setouchi. When you peel it, a vivid aroma rises, and when you take a sip, a sweet, sour, juicy taste spreads all at once.

We use sweet oranges as the key botanical and carefully select fragrant green tea and juniper berries to create a flavor that fully captures the natural aroma and deliciousness of the fruit.

We use Kure's famous water, Haigamine Underground Water. This mellow soft water contains just the right amount of minerals and is essential for our sake brewing.
