About Don Papa

DON PAPA IS THE SPIRIT OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, KNOWN COLLOQUIALLY AS SUGARLANDIA.

A premium aged, single-island rum from the Philippines, Don Papa Rum is created on the foothills of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugar cane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses.

After harvest, fermentation and distillation, Don Papa Rum is blended to perfection by our Master Blender before coming together in an alchemy of magic in our bottle.

MORE ABOUT DON PAPA

A premium, aged, single-island rum from Negros, Don Papa is created by the foothills of Mt. Kanlaon where the finest sugarcane is milled to create sweet, rich black gold molasses. After harvest, Don Papa is expertly blended before coming together in an alchemy of magic in a bottle. Discover the Don's creations:

  • Don Papa 7yo: Light and fruity on the nose, smooth and delicate on the mouth with a long textured finish. Has a light amber color and offers notes of vanilla, honey, and candied fruits.

  • Don Papa 10yo: Deep, rich, and powerful on the nose. Notes of dried fruit and cacao which leads to subtle hints of oak with every sip.

  • Don Papa Masskara: Loud and fruity on the nose with interwoven flavors of honey, calamansi, and siling labuyo. Best served chilled.
