ABOUT STOUT BEER

Stout is a dark, top-fermented beer with a number of variations, including dry stout, oatmeal stout, milk stout, and imperial stout. The style evolved out of the porter category, and its original name was “stout porter.” They typically have 7% to 8% alcohol by volume.
