Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Hennessy Very Special
• 0.4 oz Almond syrup
• 0.7 oz Lemon juice
• ½ Egg white
• Grated nutmeg

Instructions

1. Pour all liquids into a shaker and add the egg white
2. Slide the nutmeg seed down along the grater in a smooth motion (2 or 3 times)
3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously, up and down to emulsify.
4. Strain into a coupe class.
5. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
