DESCRIPTION

A tribute to the character created by Charles Dickens in the Pickwick Papers, Reverend Stiggins, whose favorite drink was “pineapple rum.”

The barks of Victoria pineapples are infused in Plantation 3 Stars rum, which is then further distilled. Separately, the pineapple fruit is infused in Plantation Original Dark rum. Both distillate and fruit infusion are finally blended together, creating a rich and delicious pineapple bouquet, accented by smoky and clove notes.

Superb Rum for its Price

Got this from Flash Sale (Introductory Price) for only 1,099
This is what I like about Boozy. You got to try new products apart from your usual drinks.

Smooth and great tasting. Pineapple flavor isn’t too strong. Just right.
All my friends liked it. I wished I ordered more than 2 bottles.
Highly recommended for for a bit sweet and smooth run on your drink

Great budget rum

For the price of this rum, it really can't be beat. It's an easy sipping rum with notes of pineapple, candied bananas, and coconut and a spicy finish. It really shines as a mixer though because of its sweetness

Lovely concept, lovely nose, a bit too young and spicy at the end

Fell in love with the idea of a pineapple infused rum! And first impressions don't disappoint. POP! The cork goes, and you can immediately enjoy the not-subtle aroma of ripe pineapples... and smoke! *sip* and now you're in a tropical island, salty sea air, ripe pineapples roasting alongside barbecued ribs - think Boracay and hawaiian grill. The barbecue inspiration continues with the oily and heavy (not unpleasant) mouth feel that begs you to salivate a bit, then it fills your mouth with goodness... And now the bad part. It's a bit too spicy, and young, and the finish can be a tad bitter and makes swallowing the whole sip a chore. Maybe if they age this a little more, a few more months, to get the edge off, this will be almost unbeatable as a sipping rum. But as it is, it is at best a curiosity - that is worth the exploration and experimentation - but the spicy young finish leaves much to be desired. When I get my hands on maybe some pineapple juice, or pine-orange blends, and maybe some coconut water, maybe this will be a lovely cocktail. we shall see.

Unique, accessible, and inspires conversation!

Had a tasting session with this - smooth, sweet, and perfectly natural, with added pineapple notes. It's not a rum that tastes like pineapple, it's a rum that tastes like rum but smells of roasted pineapple - which makes it accessible to purists and adventurers alike, and makes a perfectly good mixer. Highly recommended for parties!
