Excellent customer care
I placed an order with Boozy. My initial choice of whiskey was unavailable at that time. A customer care representative notified me via email and even provided options. I also left a note on my order to give me an E.T.A. and they did! I think Boozy demonstrated clear communication to customers and for an online service, that is really a positive!
