Inspired by Chinese brocades and embroidery, Shuting Qiu has dressed the new V.S.O.P limited edition. Using vibrant red as her background, the designer plays with her signature bold colors and floral prints, mixing them with serpentine textures to honor the Year of the Snake.

To welcome the Year of the Snake, the fashion designer Shuting Qiu created an original artwork especially for Maison Hennessy that honors the values they share.

Like a piece of haute couture, a two-sided tapestry presents a precious play on bold color, vibrant motifs and relief, at once evoking the traditional Chinese arts of brocade and embroidery, the texture of snakeskin as it is shed and renewed, and the sinuous movement of the Charente River.

The Hangzhou-born, Shanghai-based fashion designer Shuting Qiu is known for her colorful, intricate embroidery and floral motifs that blend traditional Chinese craftsmanship techniques with a unique, contemporary boldness.
