- Palate: Smooth and airy in texture; initially lightly sweet, developing citrus acidity, then becoming fruitier with a rich, rounded style. Lightly drying with vibrant oaky spiciness; water softens the spice and restores the initial sweetness
- Finish: Medium length, rich in character, dry and spicy, with water gently controlling the spiciness
