The Cuvée DS is inspired on the co-founder of Freixenet, Dolores Sala, and was created in the 1960s. Her excellent vocation for winemaking was the driving force of the Freixenet brand and put the Penedès region on the international wine map.

TASTING NOTES

A cava with a bright, golden colour and fine and persistent bubbles, forming a prominent crown. The nose is marked by powerful aromas of its aging , soft aromas of ripe fruit (compotes and preserves), hints of freshly backed bread and honey, with very pleasant toasted notes in the background.
