Ingredients:

• 50ml Dewar’s 12 or 15 Year Old
• 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 12ml sugar syrup (2:1 sugar-to-water ratio)
• 10ml crème de mûre
• Fresh blackberry garnish

Method:

1. Add all ingredients except the crème de mûre into a glass.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir/swizzle.
3. Top with more crushed ice.
   
4. Drizzle crème de mûre on top.
5. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
