A very elegant Cava, tasting more like French Champagne than a Cava. Second fermentation in the bottle (Methode Champenoise) for a minimum of 24 months. Pale yellow with golden reflexes and very fine perlage. On the nose a subtle hint of apple with butter notes; beautiful toasty notes are present as well. On the palate this Cava has great balance and is lively with great acidity and richness. Elegant and tasty.
Enjoy it as an aperitif or pair it with appetizers and light dishes or low acidity salads.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Pale yellow color with new gold edges, with subtle and rich bubbles forming foam in the surface showing its aging and elegance.
Nose: Nice apple and butter perfume with a subtle ocean breeze.
Body: Balanced, vibrant and fresh, maintaining good acidity and has a sweet mouth feel.
