DESCRIPTION

Mount Gay XO is a small blend of carefully selected mature rums, beautifully round and complex liquid. A blend of a double retort pot still and aged column distillates that are matured in American whiskey, bourbon, and cognac casks.

Aromas deliver a perfect balance of vanilla, oaky, and dry spice notes. This gives hints of salted caramel, baked fig and clove, and dark chocolate for the taste.
