No mini standee

When I initially placed the order and check out the mini standee (IU) was included however upon processing the payment I noticed on the order confirmation its not included. Also my order was not easily found by the rep, but he/she did everything on her to address my concern unfortunately the mini standees are not available with the store who will deliver my items and the bundle I originally wanted is out of stock. 5 star for the customer service rep. For the shot glass 4 star. I only bought it thru Boozy because of the mini standee freebies unfortunately nothing was received then for the poster when I received it was badly damaged so 1 star for that. So I will give 3 in overall.
