Botanical Brewing is a traditional way of making premium quality drinks using a combination of infusion, skillful blending and fermentation of natural ingredients. The approach used by Thomas Fentiman has not fundamentally changed in over 100 years, with the knowledge and expertise being passed on from generation to generation. Today, they continue to make their traditional botanically brewed drinks in small batches, following the multi-stage botanical brewing technique first used by Thomas Fentiman in 1905.
