TASTING NOTES

Nose: The Bowmore displays subtle spices and sweet, creamy hints alongside an elegant citrus note.

Palate: In taste, the Bourbon Casks find themselves after the long storage prominently again and is accompanied by a magnificent lemongrass flavor, ginger and jasmine. Mango panacotta is also to be found in the taste.

Finish: The 1988 Bowmore lingers in the mouth for a long time, leaving a note of salted papaya and coconut.
