Broken Cork

I tried to open this bottle and the cork broke off. I contacted boozy by email, I was told that the matter would be directed to the right department and I didn't hear from them again. I don't recommend buying from this site/app as there's no after sales support.

My order was delivered on time. However, bowmore’s cork was already damaged and half of it is floating prior to opening the bottle (see image below). I was disappointed wheb I tried a sip and it tasted bland.
