It is a blend of 60% white Grenache and 40% Clairette grown on essentially clay-limestone soil.
After pressing, the must is cold-settled for 48 hours and fermentation temperatures are controlled. The wine matures in vats without malolactic fermentation followed by early bottling at the end of winter.
Colour : bright, pale gold colour with silver tints.
Nose : aromas of white flowers and white fruit.
Palate : nicely balanced wine.
Clairette brings the freshness and white Grenache body and softness.
