Located on the foothills of Mount Makiling in the lush, tropical province of Laguna, Philippines, the first authentic craft distillery, Full Circle Craft Distillers Co., was established in 2018 as a means to promote the very best of the Philippines and place the country on the global spirits map. Co-founded by husband-and-wife team Matthew and Laurie Westfall, the inspirations for his project of passion include Matthew's grandfather, a Russiefied German who first arrived in Mania in 1918 to work at the famed San Miguel Brewery.
In a sense, Full Circle Craft Distillers is a family legacy 100 years in the making.
Our flagship gin spirit, crafted from a rare and wonderful blend of 28 exotic botanicals, 22 of which are foraged from across the Philippines. Native botanicals include fresh pomelo, dalandan, calamansi, dayap, oranges, mango, Bengeut pine, sampaguita, ylang-ylang and kamia flowers.
Our gin is unfiltered, and may cloud when chilled - it's flavor you can see! Enjoy on the rocks, or in any gin cocktail - a martini, gin & tonic or negroni!
Nose: Fresh highlights of pomelo and calamansi, with earthy coriander, savory juniper, pine and a rounding of mango. Hints of perfumed lavender.
Palate: Fresh pomelo, dalandan and calamansi, pine juniper spice. Floral dryness from the angelica and chamomile, with notes of lemongrass, cinnamon and black pepper.
Finish: Clean and balanced. Juniper, citru, with cooling notes from lemon balm and spicy cardamom.

Our flagship gin spirit rested in new American Oak barrels with a medium long toast (Burgundy style). Toasting allows the oak to impart a rich medley of aromas while adding intense complexity to our spirit. While aging, our gin pulls flavors from the oak, which includes aromas of vanilla bean, caramel, dark chocolate, toasted almond, and hazelnut.
A perfect libation for sipping neat or to elevate your favorite gin cocktail.
Nose: Citrus, cinnamon and cardamom on the nose, with a hint of spicy, peppery notes.
Taste: A rich, complex taste of juniper, citrus, oak, and vanilla, with pomelo and floral notes.
Finish: Pomelo and toasted caramel continue on the finish with a pinch of cinnamon and sweet spice.

Featuring a fully-automate, state-of-the-cart 450-liter CARL copper pot still at our 5,000-square meter distillery complex, we are focused on precision, excellence and authenticity. We are the first distillery in the Philippines open to the public, and our processes are transparent and honest in every way. Our aim is to educate and uplift the state of the local spirits industry, through the promotion of true craft and artisanal processes.
Handcrafted from 28 botanicals, 22 of which are locally sourced and foraged across the Philippine islands, our flagship ARC Botanical Gin offers a citrus-forward botanical mix includes pomelo, oranges and calamansi, Bengeut pine from the Cordillera Mountains of northern Luzon, fresh mango from our family farm in Pangasinan, and a medley of fresh tropical flowers that include sampaguita, ylang-ylang and kamia.
Our state-of-the-art 450-liter CARL hybrid copper pot still allows us to undertake a slow, carefully-controlled 8-hour distillation. The importance of copper cannot be underestimated, which is a hallmark of our custom CARL pot still, its whiskey helmet and the efficient 7-plate column.This ensures we fully capture the flavors and aromas from our rich botanical recipe for the best possible gin taste profile. During each distillation process, our blend of alcohol vapor and essential oils and flavors is constant contact with out still's copper interior. Being highly reactive, the copper helps removing sulfur and other undesirable and "off" flavors from the spirit and the botanicals, giving ARC Botanical Gin its distinctive and flavorful taste.
After distillation, we slowly hydrate our spirits to a bottling strength using clean, pure spring water drawn from underground aquifers fed by the watershed of Mt. Makiling Nature Preserve in Laguna
