Customer Service via FB Messenger is great.

I couldn't say anything particular with the drink since I haven't opened it. But what I can say rn is that their service is the best. I couldn't put the exact address in their site, and when I had to pin, it's saying a different address. I just messaged their FB page and it got resolved ASAP. Kudos.

First time trying the 18 year old (previously branded as 'Platinum'). Was surprised on how smooth it is, though Blue label is much smoother.
