The precious liquid is matured in distillery run ex-bourbon barrels, Port Colheita pipes and casks which have previously held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry before being brought back together to marry in first fill ex-bourbon barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma: Roasted Colombian coffee, liquorice, orange, molasses, morello cherries and ginger

Palate: Tangy thick marmalade, spicy ground cinnamon, chocolate cake, roasted chestnuts and raisins

Finish: Mango drenched in aged port wine, marinated plums and rich pineapple
